Stuck on the Merry-Go-Round?

Does this sound like you?

Do you know you need to do something to help your team and you don’t know how?

You don't have to settle for a poor team culture

but you do need o step into actively addressing it.

Meet Edie . . .

I’m a team culture consultant. After I retired from full time chaplaincy, I now help teams develop powerful supportive relationships even as each member improves their own well-being.

In doctoral work I developed a powerful strategy. This program not only enlivens individuals to shape their lives into revived energy, reclaimed health, and renewed relationships, it also reinvigorates teams. I guide teams to develop an experience for the group to participate in together.

What I do is different because your experiential practice is both light-hearted and fun. It is also a serious weapon in the arsenal to guard against the physical-emotional and spiritual demise of people on the front lines.

In the process individuals become stronger; the supportive skills developed in the practice bond the individuals into stronger teams.

The practice is play; the results work.

When I was in the headset, I wanted to lead my team from conflicted to cooperative and didn’t know what to do. I really needed someone like me to guide me. I am thrilled to be that person for you.

Through years of education and valuable experience in both counseling and chaplaincy, I have honed a unique framework. My creative approach invites conversations about traditionally  stigmatized aspects of mental health.

I am honored to champion the greater health of my sisters and brothers in the thin gold line . . . and beyond.
